Katherine has been part of the Coretek leadership team since the beginning and drives excellence and growth with metrics to achieve results.
She began as Director of Operations bringing a broad range of hands-on responsibilities in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Bookkeeping. She ensured revenue streams were positive and that vendor and employee payment systems were in place. In addition, she developed key reports and metrics to help leadership assess performance. In this role, Katherine was also in charge of Human Resources which included recruiting, on-boarding, benefits negotiation and employee communication.
As Coretek grew from a company of 4 to well over 100, so did the need for a full time Human Resources Director. Katherine filled this role and manages a staff dedicated to recruiting, benefits administration, employee development and Enterprise Client Staffing. She continues to lead the company in hiring a high caliber team within the practices of Infrastructure Consulting, Systems Integration, and Enterprise Project Management Specialties.
