Coretek Services is an industry-leading IT professional services and consulting firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI. Coretek’s goal is to help our clients in various industries achieve and sustain predictable and effective IT results.

We’ve been at it since 2005 and today, have expert staff members delivering innovative, high value solutions to our customers. Strong relationships and excellent people drive our business.

Social Responsibility and Community Involvement

Coretek Services believes in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, our partners, and our community.  Coretek is driven to make a positive impact through involvement with local families, community organizations, and charities around the globe.

Internationally, Coretek teamed up with Kids Alive International to help orphaned boys in South Sudan by providing a home and for basic need such a food, clothing, shelter and education. Both religious and civil wars have devastated the region and the lives of these young boys.  We seek to give these boys hope and a future filled with opportunity.

Locally in Southeast Michigan, Coretek employees and family members worked together on service projects such as rehabilitating homes and supporting the local food bank.  Recently, we transformed the house of a local couple who, because of health issues, had gotten behind on the up keep of their home. We were honored to return their house to a functional and relaxing home.

Coretek also partners with Toys for Tots, Shalom Ministry, eWay Ministries, Leaders International, UNICEF, Barnabas International, Allegro Solutions Co., Anna Lisa Mission, I.N. Network, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center, Campus Crusade for Christ, Cadence International, and Forgotten Harvest.

MEET THE TEAM

Ron Lisch

Chief Executive Officer

Under Ron’s leadership, Coretek has become one of the top IT healthcare consulting firms in America, growing from four to more than 85 nationwide professionals today. Ron’s dedication to creating a company culture where great people want to work is the key to Coretek’s success.

Ron holds a finance degree from Indiana University Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business. His career began as an accountant at Unisys but he soon discovered Information Technology (IT) and sales. Lisch joined a small systems integration firm and ultimately found himself working for Siemens for the next decade. He achieved honors as a top regional and national sales representative. Lisch also owned a successful real estate development company but felt continually drawn to IT work.

Coretek was founded in 2005. It is infused with Ron’s passion for helping organizations achieve operational efficiencies through IT integration thus allowing them to excel in their own core business.

Coretek is well poised for growth on all levels. Ron remains committed to Cortek’s clients, its employees, and the Southeastern Michigan community in which Cortek makes a home.

Dawn Lyon

Chief Financial Officer

Dawn provides the financial oversight for Coretek Services. She is responsible for all aspects of financial operations, planning and reporting. Dawn joined Coretek in 2015. She concentrates her efforts on systems development and improvements that lead to better budgeting and forecasting.

Dawn holds a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.

Prior to working for Coretek, Dawn worked most recently at Urban Science as Global Manager of Accounting, Reporting and Consolidations. Dawn brings over 20 years of experience in finance with her and is responsible for the organizations financial health.

Ray Jaksic

Chief Technology Officer

Ray Jaksic is deeply involved in solving the technical problems our customers face. Ray challenges our technical leadership team to use the best processes and technology to build solutions that solve tomorrow’s problems today.

Ray received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Wayne State University. Customers value his ability to lead and direct complex projects, a talent which is underscored by his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

As one of Cortek’s principle founders, Ray’s extensive healthcare consulting defines our approach to virtualization and integration. He believes that combining the advanced technical skills with the highest integrity standards is the best way to deliver customer success.

He is passionate by nature. It was Ray who created Coretek’s mission statement: Customer Success. No Exceptions.

In his spare time, Ray enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Katherine Austin

Human Resources Director

“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”

Katherine has been part of the Coretek leadership team since the beginning and drives excellence and growth with metrics to achieve results.

She began as Director of Operations bringing a broad range of hands-on responsibilities in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Bookkeeping. She ensured revenue streams were positive and that vendor and employee payment systems were in place. In addition, she developed key reports and metrics to help leadership assess performance. In this role, Katherine was also in charge of Human Resources which included recruiting, on-boarding, benefits negotiation and employee communication.

As Coretek grew from a company of 4 to well over 100, so did the need for a full time Human Resources Director. Katherine filled this role and manages a staff dedicated to recruiting, benefits administration, employee development and Enterprise Client Staffing. She continues to lead the company in hiring a high caliber team within the practices of Infrastructure Consulting, Systems Integration, and Enterprise Project Management Specialties.
