Application Insights, an intelligent Application Performance Monitoring service, provides instant analytics over your application logs and telemetry. It includes fast, easy, and non-intrusive analytics tools to interactively diagnose problems and answer challenging questions. It also integrates seamlessly with your existing DevOps workflows. For instance, you can surface performance data in Visual Studio, link to releases and work items in Visual Studio Team Services, and access telemetry in Azure Monitor. RANDY PAGELS BIO:
—I am an Azure Technical Specialist with Microsoft, focusing on application development. I connect with customers to help them understand options on how to improve their development practices to Azure and take advantage of new possibilities the cloud offers. I am part of the Great Lakes Region Specialist Team and work with Enterprise and Commercial customers across 5 states to demonstrate and prove our solutions and to eliminate technical barriers of moving to the cloud. I focus on the application development scenarios such as application modernization, API economy and micro services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, hybrid architectures, Dev/Test, lift-and-shift, and more. I assist customers to understand the business benefits of moving applications to the cloud and how Azure can enhance performance and provide efficiencies for both hybrid and full cloud environments.
