Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Responsible for initiating, designing, architecting, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex information technology projects using a formal project management methodology.
• Manage multiple projects of moderate size concurrently.
• Involved in the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity.
• Develop well defined Statements of Work and Budgets.
• Assist in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies.
• Coach and mentor individuals on the project teams and provide feedback on performance to their leaders.
• Develop and present project related presentations for executive leadership.
• Adhere to Project Management Office policies, procedures and methodologies.
• Consult with the customer’s management team to develop tactical plans to implement their next generation desktop strategy.

Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Perform Current State Analysis on current customer environment
• Consult with customers to develop infrastructure designs leveraging all available technologies with an emphasis on virtual desktop and application hosting technologies such as Citrix, SoftGrid, VDI, etc.
• Lead design discussions and create infrastructure design documentation for customers.
• Implement the agreed upon infrastructure designs
• Create install documentation to support the technology implementations
• Participate in project planning activities such as Work Breakdown Structure development, budget estimating
• Support Sales staff in Proposal/Statement of Work development for new opportunities
• Assist Sales staff in Pre-Sales meetings with customers to demonstrate Coretek Infrastructure and Virtualization skills

Specific skills/experience:
• 5 or more years Network Operating System design/support/administration (Microsoft Server, Netware 5.x, 6.x,)
• Network server migration and consolidation experience
• Proficient in Virtual Server technology
• Hands On experience implementing Citrix in an enterprise environment
• Experienced in High-Availability, Clustering and HPC Configuration
• Strong knowledge of hardware server configurations (HP, Dell, IBM)
• Experience with Server Monitoring Tools (Openview, VMWare, etc.)
• Well developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Soft grid experience is a definite Plus
• HealthCare experience preferred
