Chattanooga, TN – November 7, 2016 – Coretek Services is an IT Consulting Company that delivers high value and innovative solutions to customers across the nation.  Coretek belongs to an elite group of cloud providers, including being one of only 4 providers in the US that has the “Microsoft Azure Cloud Global Managed Provider” status.  Coretek employs some of the most forward thinking minds in the cloud space including Jason Cornellier, who heads the Coretek cloud practice. Jason is a cloud veteran, previously from Microsoft as CTO of the Azure Cloud group where he migrated some of Microsoft’s largest customers to the cloud.

Earlier this year in discussions with one of Coretek’s key partners, Microsoft, it became obvious that there was a need for a Partner that had the expertise to educate, advise, consult and deploy cloud solutions in the Mid-South. “We were hearing this over and over from many of our customers,” Ron Lisch, CEO of Coretek said. While local integrators were doing a great job at selling classic solutions to local customers, there was a real gap in knowledge and experience when it came to cloud solutions. This is the hottest segment of the current IT market and customers needed a partner with a high level of expertise to be successful.

Rick Kessler, who has resided in Chattanooga, TN for 15 years, will be managing the cloud office. Rick has held various roles throughout his 20-year IT career in both sales and management, most recently as Area Vice President for RES Software. Ron Lisch, CEO of Coretek Services said, “we have known Rick for many years. When we decided to expand our presence into the Mid-south, Rick was the natural choice. He has the local connections and deep understanding on how to assist customers in choosing and deploying complex solutions that bring impactful value to the business. Most importantly, he embodies our culture of: Project Success, No Exceptions.”

Rick Kessler commented that “Coretek already has many great customers in the Mid-south,” including a current project to move one of the nation’s largest non-profits to Microsoft Azure Cloud. “The opening of this office with local sales and consulting expertise is going to allow customers to see far greater success and faster time to value as they adopt these newer technologies.”

Coretek was founded in Detroit, MI in 2005 with the mission: Project Success, No Exceptions.
